October will bring “The Last Witch Hunter” starring Vin Diesel as a man cursed with immortality who has spent centuries hunting down rogue witches, while November will unwrap “Love the Coopers,” a comedy that looks as festive and busy as a vintage Christmas sweater. Will Smith’s “Concussion,” addressing thorny questions about brain trauma in pro football, will debut on Christmas and technically belongs to the holiday movie season rather than the fall, which starts after Labor Day.
